• Uploaded Files: Subtitle files uploaded to this service may be temporarily stored or cached on our servers to facilitate the merging process and to improve performance for other users (e.g., caching OpenSubtitles downloads).
• Logs: We may collect server logs, including IP addresses and request times, for security, debugging, and usage analysis purposes.
• No Personal Data: We do not require or collect personal account information from users.

3. Third-Party Services (OpenSubtitles)

This application integrates with the OpenSubtitles API to search for and download subtitles. By using the search functionality, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of subtitles hosted by OpenSubtitles.
• Your use of OpenSubtitles content must comply with their Terms of Use.
• This application is a Non-Commercial tool intended for educational and personal use.

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they create. However, by uploading subtitle files, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display the content as necessary to provide the service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use any files you submit.
